Core Feature

Your chatting methodology, running across every model.

Every effective OF conversation follows the same four phases: Rapport, Intrigue, Tension, Conversion. ChattingOS sequences encode that arc — and the AI executes it with behavioral intelligence on every fan, on every model, without the variability of a human team.

How sequences work

You design the arc. The AI executes it with behavioral intelligence — reading fan state, estimating which variables are weak, and choosing the right move at each step. Sequences aren't scripts the AI reads linearly. They're decision frameworks it runs dynamically.

1

Build

Map the conversational arc — Rapport, Intrigue, Tension, Conversion. Define what triggers each phase and what the AI must never do inside it.

2

Configure

Set the behavioral rules: when to hold tension, when to escalate, what content unlocks at each stage. Personalization — name, subscription history, past purchases — is automatic.

3

Deploy

Assign to one model or your entire roster. The AI adapts to each fan's state while staying inside your framework.

The 4 sequences every agency needs

These are the core flows that drive retention, PPV revenue, and renewal. Build them once, refine based on performance data, and they compound in value over time.

Welcome Sequence (Day 0 to 3)

Day 0 to 3

Turn new subscribers into engaged fans before they second-guess their purchase. The first 72 hours are when most churn decisions are made.

Day 0 — Instant

Personal welcome in the creator's voice. Set expectations. Ask one question that opens the relationship.

Day 1

Exclusive preview or insider access. Makes the fan feel they are somewhere special.

Day 3

Soft PPV introduction. The fan is warm. The pitch lands naturally.

PPV Upsell Sequence (Triggered by engagement)

Triggered by engagement

Pitch at the right moment to fans who are warm. Not cold blasts to everyone — targeted sequences triggered by fan behavior.

Trigger: High engagement

Personalized teaser with reference to the fan's known interests or past purchases.

Plus 24h if no purchase

Follow-up with social proof framing or scarcity signal. Never the same message twice.

Plus 48h if no purchase

Final nudge or pivot based on fan profile. Offer a different price point or content angle.

Re-engagement Sequence (14-day inactivity trigger)

Triggered by 14-day inactivity

Fans who go quiet are not necessarily gone — they are just not being reached the right way. A re-engagement sequence uses different messaging than standard content.

Day 14

Low-commitment check-in. Personal tone. No pitch. Just reconnection.

Day 17

Share something new or exclusive. Remind them why they subscribed.

Day 21

Winback offer or redirect to a winback track based on profile.

Renewal Sequence (7 days before renewal)

7 days before renewal date

The renewal decision window is predictable. Run a sequence in the 7 days before renewal to give fans a reason to stay before they decide to leave.

Day minus 7

Exclusive content or offer for loyal fans. Appreciation, not pressure.

Day minus 3

Reminder of value delivered. Personal tone.

Day minus 1

A message that sounds like it came directly from the creator.

The Golden Ratio

The single number that tells you if a sequence is working: free messages sent per PPV. A healthy ratio runs between 10:1 and 20:1. Below 5:1, fans feel sold at — Unlock Rate drops. Above 30:1, you're building relationships without monetizing them.

5:1 or below

Over-selling

Fan feels harassed. Unlock Rate drops. Trust erodes.

10:1 – 20:1

Healthy range

Strong relationship before the pitch. Unlock Rate peaks.

30:1 or above

Under-monetizing

Fan is engaged but not converting. Revenue left behind.

ChattingOS tracks the Golden Ratio per fan. When a sequence is sending PPVs too fast or not fast enough, you see it before it becomes a revenue problem.
